Activities

We offer an extensive activity programme within the home, with a dedicated team of activity coordinators, who understand the importance of our residents emotional and physical well-being.

One of the things we love to do is go out on trips to a variety of places, with groups to the theatre, garden centre, parks, seaside and for lunch or maybe just taking one resident shopping.

We have many visiting entertainers, groups or specialists, such as theatre, artists and hobby groups.

Keeping active is important to our residents' so they can maintain their independence. We have a wide range of exercise programs on offer and have our own, qualified exercise instructors for the over sixties.

With a fantastic team and a wide variety of activities there is always something for everyone.

Trips & Visits

Our residents enjoy trips to local attractions, restaurants, theatre, shopping, garden centres and many more places.

We have lots of regular entertainers perform in house, talks on a variety of subjects from local history to wildlife and visiting groups.

Exercise & Well-being

We hold weekly exercise and well-being sessions. Being active on a regular basis has helped our residents promote and preserve mobility, improve health and help maintain independence.

Gardening Club

This year our gardening club has really taken off. Our raised beds and vegetable garden, sensory area and home grown projects have meant everyone can get involved, whatever their ability.

i-Pad Club

Our iPad club is proving really popular. It's a great way for  residents to keep in touch with family, listen to music, watch films and much more.
