The visit went really well and the HCC officer spent a long day here and was extremely thorough. He spent time talking to residents and staff and even had lunch with them.
Officers use the Regional Quality Monitoring Framework (QMF) which has been designed to support local authorities in monitoring and assessing the overall outcomes experienced by service users. It measures the delivery against the regional standards by gathering evidence across a wide range of sources.
They assess to what level the individual criteria has been met across 16 different assessment areas including; Respecting & Involving Service Users, Meeting Nutritional Needs,
Assessing & Monitoring the Quality of Service provision and Management of Medicines.
We had really great feedback across the board and are really proud of our staff and all their hard work!
